Today we are focused in Remote Services, attending international customers since from a workstation configuration, a MS-Excel worksheet development, a small network design, specification and deployment. Up to the strategy conception of implementing SIX SIGMA, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Geomarketing, Business or Balanced Scorecard and CRM solutions based on
 Microsoft Technologies.

Our solid expertise was gathered both in the Brazilian market as well in other countries. With projects held in Angola (Africa), Hong Kong, Japan, United States and other countries. We also have expertise in International CRM and Worldwide
e-Business (internet based business development & operation in 45 countries).
 

The quality of our System Development Process was recognized in 1997 when Microsoft BR invited us to develop components for Microsoft Office SBE Brazilian Edition. Since 1996, Microsoft Solution Framework and other is the solid base for our software projects. Today we are focused in Visual Studio .Net 2003, SQL-Server 2000 and Office System 2003. Keeping our serious strategic commitment: to develop 100% error free solutions. 

On the field of Information Technologies, we have a very strong expertise in Network Design and Implementation, with expertise in Large / Corporative Internetworking (Localiza Rent a Car) down to the level of home computing networks, member of Intel System Integrator program since 1996 – specialist in high-end computer / server / network design and implementation. Information Systems Development (TIM/Maxitel – 4.000 users, MRS Logistics) and other projects for small business, including MS-Excel worksheet developments and workstation / server / networks design and configuration. 

On the field of Strategic Business Management our expertise includes to be one of the first members of Intelligence Group at the largest South America fixed operator. As a Specialist in Customer Care, IT, Telecom and Six Sigma. Several projects Six Sigma oriented were conducted in Brazil, HK and US. Executive management of Industry, Logistics, Wholesales and IT business. And huge support in several other business and operation opportunities.

 
1) Hoshin Kanri / Nichijo Kanri
 

It is a proven method for alignment the organization towards breakthrough objectives. Focuses the entire organization in the vital few process rather than the trivial many. It’s a system of creating and implementing improvement plans, aiding the higher executives to develop the mid and long term strategic business plan. And helping then to bring the strategic goals down to the level of projects that will support the strategic goals achieving. It comes from the higher level of organization down to operational level with solid mechanisms of continuous improvement.
 
2) Project Management
 

We deploy a solid method (PMI based) of Project Management supported by Microsoft technologies like MS-Project 2003 and MS-Project Server 2003. The method enables the company to elaborate, execute, manage,  and analyse one or several projects across the organization, in a local or widely basis. This promotes synchronization of efforts, optimized resource usage, financial visibility and management, helping the company to achieve the strategic business and operation goals in less time and with less efforts meaning enhanced profitability with increasing customer satisfaction.
